Having worked in the Human Services field for 8 years, Jessica has a deep understanding of the obstacles and challenges that people face.
She uses strengths based and person centred approaches to facilitate an environment of personal growth and development.
Jessica believes that within each and every one of us is the capacity to make positive changes to live an enriched life of connection and purpose.
Jessica has a Bachelor of Social Science and Diploma in Counselling, is registered with the Australian Counselling Association and is an accredited facilitator of Mindfulness and Meditation. She is also a volunteer with Lifeline Australia and completes regular training and professional development activities to ensure that she provides a high standard of service to clients.
Jessica is a fully registered NDIS practitioner and can offer this service via online sessions.
Jessica can work with you to build your self-esteem and self-confidence, manage stress and anxiety and strengthen your resilience in order to gain more clarity and control of your life.
When Jessica is not working, she enjoys playing basketball, spending time with her family and cuddling up to her two Jack Russell dogs.
